Hey everybody! The spooky holiday is over as are (hopefully) my football woes. So moving onto all the awesomeness that is November!

This week I will be returning to Paddy’s Pub & Eatery in Kennesaw on Wednesday, 11/4. I believe this will be a patio gig but not to worry, the patio area is covered so we should all be comfortable! It has been a lovely temperature outside lately and what better way to celebrate fall than with some live music? Paddy’s has a nice atmosphere for music and usually has a pretty nice listening crowd. This will be a great opportunity for you to come out and make some special requests as well as hear a few songs off the upcoming album. Paddy’s is located at 2196 Cobb Pkwy NW in Kennesaw, GA 30144 (770)421-1234. You can find them online at www.paddyspubandeatery.com. Music will be from 7-10.

On Thursday of this week, 11/5, I will be playing at a new venue in Kennesaw, SuBourbon Bar. SuBourbon Bar is looking to make a name for itself as a destination spot for live music in Kennesaw. They have live music seven nights a week with a jam on Tuesday nights. Thursdays usually feature an artist showcase, with one Thursday a month reserved as an open mic for local artists to tell the story behind the music. To keep that theme going I plan to play a number of my original songs, both from my debut CD Fly as well as the upcoming Unleashed, which will be released at the beginning of next year. If you would like to get a sneak preview of my new album as well as a sneak peak at the newest music venue in town, you should stop to see me Thursday! In addition, SuBourbon Bar has a fantastic bourbon selection as its name would suggest, as well as oyster specials. Music will begin around 6:30 and will keep going as long as the party is still happening! This venue is committed to keeping quality live music in our area so let’s show them our support! SuBourbon Bar is located at 2718 Summers St in Kennesaw, GA 30144 (770)726-2631 or check them out online at www.subourbonbar.com.

Next Friday, 11/13 (ooh, the spookiness continues…) I will be returning to Darwin’s Burgers and Blues to open for Hurricane Ruth. I am bringing the band with me this time, and we will be playing close to two hours of original music before Ruth and her posse take the stage. For those of you who have not gotten to see me perform with the new band yet, you are in for a real treat. These gentleman played many tracks on the upcoming album so they are familiar with my music and are almost as excited about it as I am!!! The locked in rhythm section of Paul Wagner and Adam Higgings topped with the tasty guitar stylings of Landon Jordan are an awesome compliment to these new songs. I seriously can’t wait for you to hear what we’ve been working on. We take the stage from 8-10 and will be followed by Hurricane Ruth. I am looking forward to sharing the stage with another female powerhouse. And I know you are dying to see us… Besides, Darwin’s never disappoints. Darwin’s is located at 1598 Roswell Rd in Marietta, GA 30062. You can contact them at (470)399-5060 or visit their website at www.darwinsburgers.com.

The rest of the month I will not be playing locally, as my presence is requested in sunny San Diego to help make Granny’s rolls and give thanks for my amazing family. Don’t worry, I’m staying busy while I’m out there — the long awaited recording of Whiskey In the Parking Lot is going down this month… hopefully in time to make its way into a Hollywood film… So y’all keep your fingers crossed for me! Every bit of positive energy sent my way is much appreciated and put to good use! I will keep you updated on the status of Whiskey In the Parking Lot as well as details about the upcoming release of Unleashed. Things are happening… Soon and quickly!

Hope to see y’all out this month!
